Just moved here and the admin staff and maintenance is ON TOP of it! I needed to move in asap and the front desk gal helped make the process a smooth one. Community so far is more peaceful than I expected given the area but so far so good. Very clean and honestly better than what it may seem on the outside! Highly recommend. I will say the prices for some reason do not match what I moved in for… It was CHEAPER! haha!

Cheap and affordable only reason I stayed for so long first apartment on my own with my kids went from a studio to a two bedroom a year into my studio. I started seeing roaches and it wasn’t just one here there you’ll see 5+ every time you turn the light or open a cabinet, it got to the point where I dreaded going into my kitchen because I knew I would basically have to fight off a colony approaches before I could do anything else moving into my two bedroom immediately started seeing roaches and... it was just horrible. You’ll see multiple at a time I’ve gotten to the point where I sleep with most of the lights on in the house so they won’t come. I got a hotel for the weekend Friday through Monday so I can bomb my unit with stuff I bought on my own didn’t see no change to the point where when I come out my room if the lights are off and I turned them on. They’re just everywhere on the floor scattering. I’ve thrown away a lot of my furniture and it seems like they’ve gotten worse. Exterminator comes no change now after three years they won’t let me resign my lease pretty much because I keep complaining and there’s nothing they can do about it not that I wanted to anyway . I lived here for a year. Management is lazy and self centered. Maintenance is lazy and sloppy. The laminent on the floors come up from poor installation and they expect the tenant to replace it. We move furniture and it tears the floor apart. Cheap quality. We moved in with no bed bug problems all out furniture was new when we moved in and months later they show up and we are supposed to pay for it? I don’t think so we are very clean people I have OCD everything is clean. This apartment complex... is not understanding not helpful I have asked for help and nothing gets done I’ve reported people peeing in the pool. When i first moved in everything seemed prefect. Decent price. Well that all changed because now our building is infested with roaches, they were not here when i moved in but as it became hotter they started to come out. I cleaned and cleaned but there was no gettimg rid of them. So the apartments pest control guy came out and it didnt make a difference, the roaches were already use to the spray they have been using and the pest control guy was rude to my neighbors and I. And when you go to complain about the roaches and about the spray that didnt work, the manager gives you attitude. She give everyone attitude and shes disrespectful at times. very scared to go on my own. but i'm glad i came here. they broke it down to me very detailed and step by step, making me confident in choosing sunset terrace as my first home!!!! its very convenient to stores/places that you may need on a day to day basis. around the corner too. i have no car and I have no problem walking a 10 minute walk to majority of the stores. everybody was so nice and welcoming around the property when i was in tour and walking by myself after the tour.
