I called them and instead of saying come on in we will help you fill out an application- nothing. I told them I didn’t have a desk top and told me to do it on phone, instead explaining the process they ended it right there. What are you so busy with that tears you apart to spend two minutes on the phone to schedule a tour? Your a leasing agent not a emergency room doctor or a nasa scientist that your so pressured with time every minute of the day smh stop it lady !

Everything about this place is trash. Very raggedy

If you're into loud music all hours of the night. Females screaming from getting abused in plain daylight. Safety request to the office and management getting ignored, Kids running around screaming and crying with no supervision, people peeing all over the property wherever they want be my guest. The new management is trying their best with this newly remodeled band aid property but some of the tenants cause nothing but mess and a unhealthy fearful environment. I am anything but intrigued by... this place. It's nasty and filthy, I am tired of leaving out of my unit smelling pee. What type of people pee on the property where others live. Someone is also going around pooping in the complex, Intrigue Apartments let anyone in and apparently are afraid to approach and fix certain situations. Y'all need security there are so many civil violations going on here and everytime I call the office I can barely get a word in because one of your staff surprisingly not Cassie (who I will mention later) is not empathetic at all.These apartments are filled with dangerous people who are up to no good. Lots of drugs, open sex, prostitution and violence. I see now how art imitates life. I feel like I am living in the worst hood in GTA ( Grand theft auto) if you call the office they don't care honestly I think they fed up to. Cassie has come a long way with her attitude and she honestly tries. I now see why she use to be upset. She wants to fix things and help people but everything is pretty much out of her control. My advice to management is to clean house and do thorough background checks and start to request references and put people with kids in a section or something. And when people call your office speaking of dangers in the community take them serious. The police has been called multiple times. If you are a hardworking individual and want peace this is not the place for you. Please save yourself a headache and please most of all do not move here if you want to maintain some type of mental peace and health. This place is a decorated nasty band aid property filled with people who dont give a care about no one not even themselves. I'm sure with all that's going on and has been going on this place will be on the news with not such a good story. I am traumatized. These apartments are TRASH!. Nothing ever works and if it works y break in 5 seconds. The maintance is the worst they never have people working properly........... not recomended

I lived here a year and its very quiet and everyone minds they own business and they have amazing Neighbors
