I am currently living in these apartments and they have a HUGE roach problem...I can not wait to move out of these apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE

I’ve been here for a year now and my lease is almost up and my apartment has become in livable. It started okay and I always keep my apartment clean however there is a growing cockroach infestation. Everywhere! I’ve spend hundreds of dollars now on trying to control them but they come back. I walk in my kitchen at night or in the early morning and literally the whole flooring is crawling with cockroaches. It’s disgusting. I’ve also had nothing but problems with the management team here. This place is horrible the 1st month I stayed here I found a roach in my cabinet. By the second month my unit was broken into twice. 0 security.

Bottom line- terrible. "New" management is worse than old management. No maintenance on the weekends. Really??

The employees do not pick up the phone because they are not in the office. Not just for an hour or so - the majority of the day.

I am going to contact apartments.com....they should not be listed...the place is a dump!! I regret moving here. STAY AWAY!!!

I wouldn't waste time on this Apartment. Been living here for a little less than a year. This place has horrible management/ maintenance team. Management changed three times within me living here. The ones who are currently in position loves to place blame on the previous managers. However, it took four months in total for both parties to fix my broken toilet. Only one bathroom in my apartment and they had no problem collecting rent for each month with nothing to say about fixing the toilet when... the issues were brought to their attention many times. Had a list off issues to be taken care of upon move in and when they change management. Dishwasher has been broken for a total of 7 months, mold around the bath tub, the pictures I have are just disgusting. New maintenance team came to see all the issues yet never came back to fix anything. They love to collect their rent and late fees. Have no leniency towards late fees even though they cannot fix their own apartments. We still have to pay everything. Honestly who pays to live where they cant event use their toilet??
