Conveniently located , clean and well maintained. Superb office staff, the girls in the front are always cheerful and eager to answer all questions and concerns…SO GLAD they updated the management!

I've been here a year. The new staff in the last few months are awesome. Hunter, Bri, Naomi and Giselle are very organized. They fixed everything! Very effective staff and njce!

Thank god they updated the office staff. This place has new leasing agents who are always super friendly and the new assistant manager and property manager are super professional and i can tell they really care about fixing the place. The gates are fixed the pool is clear and the property is always clean. Maintenance is always professional and the prices have dropped big time which is awesome for new tenants. I hope this group stays because things really feel like a home here. THANKS GUYS!

I have lived here 6 months. In those 6 months there has been a change in management 3 times. The latest manager is in way over her head, She does not understand the needs of the residents Things are getting drastically worse. the Gates are always broken.The Homeless roam the property day and night dumpster diving and sleep in the laundry rooms.Alcohol and drugs are a daily occurrence in the pool area. Police are here on a regular basis but security is definitely NOT!!!

I stopped by yesterday for a tour. My lease is up in September and I need to find a place close to work and in my budget. Breanna did a great job of explaining all of my lease options and what they would have available in September. I'm definitely putting this place on top of my list.
