Apartment with good amenities, cleanliness, nice view but zero security
I have been here from April 2024. It was wonderful experience being here and I would say I enjoyed most of the times. This apartment has good amenities, cleanliness, nice view, near by good schools but coming to security it's worst. I would like to mention below three incidents which caused security and safety issues and not addressed.
1. Gates are open in night many times. 2. Break in happened in my car in Jan 2025. I reported it but no action taken in security measures. 3. Burglary happened... in my unit through bedroom window which was under maintenance. Maintenance closet door in first floor was opened and by seeing It seems it was used to come till window. It was complete negligence which caused used financial loss.
