If there's a manual on how to chase away and rob potential tenants, Arroyo followed it to completion.
Scheduled a showing with Tyler on a weekend. Arrived early and waited at the locked clubhouse for about 30 minutes. No answer on the main line, no heads up, no phone call, no anything. We then walked around until we found the main office entrance and met Octavia from the office staff. We were shown a 2 bedroom unit, but told we could not apply yet as there were no units available. Fast... forward 2 weeks, we receive word that a unit is open and that we may apply, however when we arrive in person to apply, all of a sudden there's a catch. Rent has increased approximately 225$ per month. We were then told that the front office would work with management to attempt to honor the original price that we were expecting, then went ahead and spent 275.00 on the application to get the process going.
A few days later we were told that the reduction would not be honored, and that I would not be receiving my full application fee back (lol). I cannot make this up. I hope you have better luck than ourselves!

Very Bad Property and Management
Very unprofessional management and when we left they charged us so much. Their staff was so unprofessional and we have to call so many time for services. Always telling us we have staff shortage.

We love Arroyo
Have lived here for 2 years ,and like it a lot. Quiet, nice neighbors,friendly office staff and great maintenance man. Have never had any bug problems like the previous post, but we’re very clean people. Anyone with bug problems probably have dirty neighbors or a dirty apartment. Period.

Great place to live!
I've lived here for three years and have no complaints at all. The grounds are quiet, clean and well kept. Residents with dogs are really good about cleaning up, after their pets! The maintenance guys respond to service calls quickly and fix things the first time. The management is great and the office staff is friendly and responsive. If you're looking for a place to live that's priced right and very chill, I recommend Arroyo Grande!
