I have been a resident for about 2 months, and I am very happy here! Alex was so helpful with move- in and the maintenance team is amazing! David has assisted with small repairs and yesterday Patrick completely revamped my toilet. I was so happy to return from work to find the problem was fixed! Thank you Diamondhead team! I LOVE IT HERE!!

Loving My new
First off from day one of my move in it was professional. Alex in the office is a sweetheart. There not just an Apartment but they do extras that make you fee Special. Today I met Daniel with the maintenance dept he came to fix my dryer and toilet. He was efficient quick and professional I give him and the complex 5 stars.

TERRIBLE, the worst place I have ever been in
I would give it 0 stars but it’s not possible. There’s a lot of cockroaches and management doesn’t do anything significant about it. Employees give bad instructions and then call the supervisor to advocate for them instead of owning responsibility for their actions. The only kind of a good thing is the pool and it is not even that deep.

Only speakin from my experience - moved from Florida and into this community in 3 days... Alma n the front office is AWESOME! Maintainence is a little slow but efficient.. close to grocery stores gas stations and car repair shops.. rent prices are competitive... stayed a year no roaches no break ins no neighbor or neighborhood issues ..pretty good community for its location and children runnin around daily.. would still be here but needed more space for growing family and location to work closer... to center of strip.. was very pleased with this community for my first experience in las vegas would definitely recommend to anyone lookin to start and get settled in the growing city!
