I'm disappointed with this apartment complex. The lease agreement is not enforced, and even the guidelines shared by office staff are ignored. When we moved in, we were told the pool stays open late but must remain quiet after 10 PM. That hasn’t been the case—especially on weekends. There’s often loud music, shouting, and large gatherings at the pool from 10 PM to 2 AM. I’ve already made a complaint, but nothing has changed. If you're looking for a quiet and well-managed place to live, I... wouldn’t recommend this complex.

Bad quality of living
There are “emergency water shut offs” every couple of months and they do not give a 24 hour notice. It’s affecting my work and living quality. We have lived here for years and have watched every unit around us get renovated with updated blinds etc. we have not had any updates nor can we even get maintenance over to fix our bathtub that consistently leaks water (when the water is actually turned on and working). It’s a horrible experience getting ready to get in the shower or brush your teeth and... you realize the water is shut off for the next 8 hours.

Great Maintenance
I've been very happy with the response to service requests I submit. Moises helped me today and was very professional, addressed my issue in record time and made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction. Awesome!!

Amazing worker!
I love my new apartment if I have any problems everyone in the office is so helpful, But Norman will always go far and beyond he has such amazing customer service & is very patient and respectful.
