It's seems decent at 1st. Then they turn your water off 10 to 20 times a month and charge you for the water from the broken pipes that they refuse to replace so your water bill will range between 30 up to $100 depending on how many pipes busted that month. There's been a murder in the parking lot several shootings multiple robberies I think all of our cars have been broken into more than five times. Now we have homeless doing drugs and sleeping and bathing in our laundrymat. There's been four... separate managers for this property in one year because nobody can handle it. The pool and laundromat are key entry they change the locks and won't give anyone a key. You call corporate advanced Management group or AMG they either hang up on you or tell you that they no longer run Bella estates and they can't help.

You get what you pay for it's a horrrible neighborhood!
Bad neighborhood stay away! Stay away if you're a family!! the other kids are mean to new children. Just found out they have been yelling at, and bullying my kids. Stealing toys and threatening them to not say anything was the last straw, we're breaking lease and leaving. Also, I wasn't aware of the gang activity in this area until after i moved in. Mine and my husbands cars have been tampered with, our hoods were both forced open. Luckily nothing was stolen. I hope this helps someone else... avoid the bad decision we made.

The apartment is on Twain. The location i great as it i near to few major casinos and grocery tores The bet part is the commute as you can catch buses heading to all direction of Las Vegas. or the complex it i the only complex on the street and is very quiet and safe...
