Overall very good- there will always be people in any building who forget that they have neighbors or any sense of decency. But people are very friendly and open.

The staff at One500 was so helpful and understanding! They made the application process so easy and were incredibly welcoming! I’m so happy with my new apartment! The building is gorgeous and has the top amenities and maintenance, including 24/7 front desk service and emptying the trash rooms everyday.

It’s been straight forward experience. The leasing managers pick up when you call and share all information as soon as they have it making the leasing process smooth.

Everything is going well thus far. A few minor things but nothing impactful. The concierge have been wonderful and the unit is modern. Moved in January 30th 2026, off to a good start.

Hallways are noisy; both parents and nannies allow and encourage children running with little regard to safety or noise consideration to neighbors.
