I love it so far , everyone are so nice and the amenities are just incredible !the only thing I am disappointed in is that everytime I come to the pool I never have a spot

Actual apartments are nice, and common spaces are always clean and neat. Front desk staff is super friendly. Management is not always easy to communicate with.

A lot of back-and-forth to get the lease finalized. Showed up to do the move-in and no lease was prepared and we were told we could not get our keys. I just made a three day move from Florida and had nowhere to stay. Fortunately, they worked it out in the 11th hour, but it was very stressful.

The front desk staff are all amazing however the recent construction and problems with the building have made it undesirable. Also, we have a lifeguard and pool staff however the pool is always dirty and never cleaned
