Very straightforward, transparent, and friendly! The apartment was immaculate upon move-in and it was very easy to get settled and figure out where everything is!

I moved in 10 months ago. Move in was smooth and I’ve had few, if any, complaints the entire time. Building is well maintained and the people I’ve met are nice.

Resident Feedback – Building Maintenance and Cleanliness

While I appreciate the overall environment and convenience of the building, I feel it’s important to share some concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance.

The cleaning of common areas has not been consistent or thorough. Hallways, elevators, and shared spaces often appear neglected, which affects the general impression and comfort for residents.

Additionally, some of the shared amenities and resident-use areas are starting to show... signs of wear and tear, and they don’t seem to be receiving the attention they need. Regular maintenance and timely repairs would greatly improve the living experience and help preserve the quality of the facilities.

I hope these points can be considered, as improving these areas would make a big difference for everyone who lives here.

Moved in recently, and everything went smoothly. The amenities are well maintained, and the maintenance team is quick to respond and help out whenever there is an issue

So far the move in process has been overall good, very responsive on any issues I may have. Helpful staff. Not a noisy complex and well maintained.
