Overall, my experience living here has been positive. The location is convenient, the building is generally quiet, and the staff are always polite and helpful. I appreciate the sense of community, and I enjoy living here.

This is a great building, the amenities are awesome. Both the residents and the people who work in the building are very nice people, we have renewed our lease a couple of times

While I am very pleased with the apartment itself, I believe the onboarding process could be streamlined for a better experience. Additionally, I would like to suggest increasing the width of the freight elevator entry gate to improve accessibility and ease of use.

BBQ grills never work when you need it, the concierge does not know how to turn them on or they don’t have access to do so.

There are paper signs posted on the doors, like they can’t afford to have a nice plastic sign made up.

The side entrance floor and stairs are in need of a fresh coat of paint and so is the garage elevator lobby and hvac unit.

There are not enough umbrellas on the pool deck and they keep putting out broken lounge chairs as if we don’t see them.

One out of three... treadmills is broken for months now.

The tv in the Pilates does not work.
