Before I lived here I spent most summers and nights out. The last two years I hardly go anywhere because there is so much to do in my home with friends and my son. Living here feels like a hotel, in-fact my son often says can we go back to the "room". It's like living with my close friends in a safe spotless home with plenty to do. I wish to never leave! The new events taking place monthly are wonderful!

Starting to feel that landlord recognizes benefits of long-term residents who tend to treat property like their own home. Landlord seems to be making an effort to bring luxury standards back.

As an added perk, Landlord has been scheduling various events giving residents an opportunity to circulate with other tenants in a social setting.

Everyone was so helpful through the process and the apartment is so clean and welcoming.They were so patient and kind to my mother and me . We really appreciate the time and effort they gave us .

Nothing is perfect, just have to find ways to deal with it. Overall experience isn’t too bad. Normal things you expect when living in a building; noise, animals and parking issues.
