Just wish the dog park wouldn’t be closed but I am still happy living here. The residents are lovely. I think the office couldn’t do better though to make us happy.

So far it’s been great. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The building is beautiful. The grounds are pretty and it makes it a great place for my dog to live at.

The staff experience could be a lot better. The staff are similar to RAs in college - limited communication and little to no people skills for current residents. Their priority seems to be new residents and current residents are always seemingly talked down to and deprioritized.
