Sometimes it takes some time but eventually requests are met. Maintenance requests are always fast. Love the gym but wish there were more check ins with the community on what they want. Multiple residents have discussed other machines that might be more useful but there’s no where to really bring these ideas or concerns

No complaints. Quiet neighbors. Most appliances work (still waiting for that new dishwasher). Staff is terrific. Building is always impeccably clean. Even the dogs are nice!

The Green is a great building in a great location. The management is helpful and friendly, and maintain a pleasant resident experience. The amenities are a nice bonus which includes a well equipped fitness room and a resident lounge with frequent activities and events.

Overall good!!! Wish the gym was bigger but happy to have one! Also the coffee area in the lounge could use some stirrers and maybe creamers or something ! And more people should utilize the amenities in general !
