Landlord is unprofessional. A struggle to get a response and when you do he is rude.

The building was sold to new owners shortly after I moved in. Old landlord was awesome, new landlord is awful. Refuses to give 24hr notice for maintenance, refuses to clearly communicate in writing or email and demands to speak over the phone. Very rude to residents. It's like pulling teeth to get anything fixed. Sucks because the units are pretty nice and reasonably priced. Management is just so bad.

Lived here for year and couldn't have been better. Great, responsive, and caring landlord. The other tenants were great and the apartments themselves had big bedrooms and beautiful hardwood floors. The only downside is that it can be a little noisy if your apt is facing the intersection of Kings Hwy and the White Horse Pike - but it was never that bad. Never had a problem and really enjoyed living here. I definitely would've renewed my lease but moving out of the area.
