Building so so at best; management extremely pathetic. BEWARE
Management does nothing to address any concerns about loud partying and excessive noise during quiet hours, residents lighting fireworks off their balconies, throwing and leaving trash all over the property, smoking weed in the apartments and hallways which comes through to other apartments in the duct system, broken and non-working exercise equipment, rancid smells in the lobby, blocking the driveway to pull in, and you hear jackhammering in the parking lot every day. Having any hot water for... a shower is usually gone by 6am. Your PECO bills will be off the charts sky high. Apartments are very drafty and difficult to keep warm in the winter without incurring a huge electric bill.

hello i was confirmed for a tour for 4pm today and i came and no one was there and we did not even get a email that t was being cancelled so for further notice i am no longer interested in your establishment and it was very unprofessional that you guys couldn't reach out to let anyone know that you guys were canceling wasting people time and money it was a inconvenience and inconsiderate thank you for wasting my time

Just Don't
Ever since Premier took over this place is trash. They're too concerned with updating the appearance of everything that they don't care about the residents. We have no desk workers anymore so the lobby is always littered with packages. Keep in mind this is like a 20 floor building. 90% of the time only 1 of the 3 elevators work making people wait up to 30 minutes for one. They've cut maintenance down to 2 people. No one ever answers your emails and if you go to the office during hours, most... likely no one is there. And we have a water shut off just about every other week for "repairs."

Plan on listening to jackhammering for 2 years
The building is under renovation which was past due and while some of updates are nice, the work is shoddy overall.
Theres something wrong almost every week, plus the renovations to garage include jack hammering all day for weeks on end which you can hear and feel throughout the building.
What the leasing agents don't tell you is that the jack hammering will be going on for another 2 years.

Good Vibes
Office staff is so helpful in answering my many questions lol and mom and I loved the hot chocolate bar last week ... I can’t wait to see what else there is to come :)
