When my roommate became mentally unstable and dangerous, they denied me the ability to change the locks for mine and the property’s safety. They then sent me to collections over damages my roommate caused after them denying my plea. They do not care about your safety, only their money.

Working with the leasing office and management company has been a terrible experience. All the positive reviews are before the new company took over end of 2022/ start of 2023. Communication was terrible and while they came up with rules/ policies to make this a better place to live, they weren't followed. Overall, the experience was a headache

I resided in this complex for nearly two years, but my last month here was an absolute disaster. My bedroom flooded due to issues in the apartment above. Thankfully, I was already planning to move out, or this would have been even more catastrophic.

Despite the flood occurring on a Monday, the restoration company didn't arrive until Friday. I endured sleeping on my couch while the entire apartment reeked of mold. Even after their intervention, the room was still damp and emitted a toxic odor... that caused headaches within minutes.

Upon re-entering, I discovered the entire bedroom wall was covered in black mold, in a space they had assured me was safe. I hastily packed and reported the additional issue.

Their attempts to address this situation have been abysmal. Their offer of $12 in compensation is insulting. There was no rent credit for the month, nor any acknowledgment of the days the room was deemed uninhabitable. This treatment is a slap in the face after being a responsible tenant.

I shudder to think how I would have coped if this incident had occurred earlier in my lease. If you're left with no other options, I strongly advise conducting a thorough inspection of any unit they assign you. By far the quickest , and easiest move I’ve ever had , Sloan (we’re both from Tennessee) was awesome. She gave me a same day tour , and assisted me with the application process right after. My fiancé and I signed the lease the next day and was in our new home before we could think twice .
