Overall a decent community. The manager and assistant manager are nice people. The leasing agents not so much. I won’t use names but there is one in particular who seems to not like helping people. They need a different type of job. I do not even call there anymore because I don’t want anymore contact with that person. It’s too easy to friendly rather than rude.

Moving into Gladwen at Wendell Falls has been such a wonderful experience! From the very first day, I’ve felt welcomed and at home. The leasing team made the entire process smooth and stress free. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me settle in comfortably.
The community itself is beautiful and well maintained. My apartment is modern, bright, and thoughtfully designe. Everything is brand new and high quality. I especially love how peaceful the area is, yet it’s... still close to everything I need. The amenities are nice.
Overall, living here has brought me so much peace and happiness. I’m grateful to call Gladwen at Wendell Falls my new home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming community to live in.
