Clean buildings, responsive staff and maintenance team, great apartment unit overall. Could do with fewer redundant apps and portals which probably all impact the rent price slightly.

I loved my experience at the Dillon. The staff was great, maintenance was great, neighbors were great, amenities were great, but the thing I hated the most is when neighbors had guests over that would mess with decorations of mine outside my door as well as others. So much so that I had to get a ring camera. It was repeatedly happening even after staff addressed it. The upstairs neighbors are so loud as well, even though I asked them to please be quiet especially when it’s hitting midnight.

Overall, great experience. The building is clean and quiet. Only possible complain could be the train horns but that only comes around a few times a day and never after 10pm
