Great apartments and community. Glad to see they are always looking to improve the area. Specially the dog park, the new park is phenomenal and our dogs love playing with their friends there every day!

I’ve been living at The Dakota since 2017 and truly enjoy calling it home. While the walls are a bit thin and I’ve had a few noisy neighbors over the years, the positives far outweigh the negatives. The staff are friendly and responsive, and the grounds are always beautifully maintained. It’s a well-managed community that I’m happy to be part of.

We absolutely love the apartment as well as the amenities and safety. Our only grievance so far is parking. We have the worst time finding parking after 5 pm and after dark, forget about it.

Me and my roommates enjoyed living here. Pretty quiet overall. Parking can sometimes be troublesome, manageable, but if you get back later in the evening you might have a little walk to get back to your building. Maintenance has been great. Any issues were resolved within 24 hours.

We just signed our lease and had a great experience. Parker was wonderful to work with and was able to answer any questions we had. Compared to the many other apartments we considered, the Dakota was the best quality space for the best price.
