Pest control is a serious issue on the property, specifically in and around each building. Not from dirty residents but from an existing problem on the property grounds. If this was fixed or better maintained the property would be near perfect. Aside from this, the property is amazing, and the size of the apartments is fantastic.

I’ve enjoyed living at 403 West. The community feels clean and safe, and common areas are maintained regularly. Maintenance requests are acknowledged quickly and resolved within a reasonable timeframe. My neighbors are courteous, and noise has been minimal, even on weekends. Parking is generally available near my building, and lighting around the lots and walkways adds to the sense of security at night. Amenities like the gym and pool are tidy and rarely overcrowded. Management communicates... clearly about schedules, policies, and any service interruptions, which helps planning. Package delivery has been smooth, and staff have been professional during interactions. If I could suggest improvements, I’d love more recycling options and occasional community events to meet other residents. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, reliable place to live, and I feel confident recommending the community to others. Quiet hours are respected consistently.
