Moved in about a week ago and already love 403! The staff in the front office was so patient with myself and my roommates as we navigated the application process. Compared to my last apartment, the rooms are spacious! Appliances are also in great condition. If there was one thing I would fix, it would be pest control! It’s not that bad, honestly what I would expect for it being summer months and us leaving our door open to move in. My favorite part of all is the pool and landscaping!

I love the ambience here; being surrounded by trees in such a large community is very aesthetically pleasing. I like the idea that a lot of my neighbors are around my age. And it's impressive how updated the amenities are for such a well-established community that's been around this long. When I first got here I was also very impressed with the dedication the property showed by power washing the breeze ways, however I didn't care for the spigot connected to my unit being used because it meant... 400 gallons of water usage being included in my next bill.
