Apartment is nice and cozy however there is a good amount of bugs along with us. I like how we have our own bathrooms and the outdoor amenities are a great plus.

Positives: Amenities are great, staff is nice and apartments are spacious.
Negatives: The breezeways and stairs don’t get cleaned often (if at all). Creepy crawlies get into the apartment easily no matter how clean you are or how often you request exterminators. I’m not sure if it’s just due to the building being old or not.
