Overall, the experience has been mixed. The apartment/s themselves are very nice and work exactly as intended. Any issues are things that would happen in any home. The staff in the office are also very nice, professional, and seem to care about the community and the people that reside in it, which is a great thing. However I believe areas of improvement are safety, contact, and overall honesty from the upper management would be things that need to be improved upon.
