Staff have been very friendly and helpful, timely in addressing concerns. Primary concerns have been about packages having issues being delivered due to building being locked. The common areas are very clean and welcoming. The common patio area is very nice place to relax. We also like the gym, although I wish there was a better pull-up bar.

Beautiful community within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. They are also building a new coffee shop ; which will be convenient.

Everything is good except the internet connection by AT&T. Once AT&T fixed the connectivility, however, Wi-Fi is sometimes unstable, usually a couple of times per day. This made me so frustrated.
The rest of parts are fine for me.

Everything has been great so far. The apartment is very spacious and no noise even though I'm on the second floor. Amenities are great and staff is always helpful when needed

Love this apartment and community. Great location and plenty of things to do nearby! Very quiet inside the apartment. Everybody so far is very respectful of their neighbors. would highly recommend.
