The maintenance team at District Square consistently goes above and beyond to keep the community in excellent condition. They are responsive, professional, and take pride in their work. Whether it’s a quick repair or routine upkeep, requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude make a noticeable difference, creating a well-maintained and welcoming environment for residents. Truly appreciate their hard work and dedication!

Great team here! Zayn, Chris, Kyler, Gabe, and Daniel are always on top of things, making any issues that come up a breeze to deal with. Very happy with our floor plan, and the Park West shopping center has just about everything we need.

I love my apartment, and the leasing staff are always friendly and welcoming. However, the outdoor pool is not well maintained, which takes away from the overall experience. Additionally, the maintenance staff in charge seemed to lack empathy and a sense of urgency when addressing concerns. I hope these issues can be improved, as the community has great potential. Thus, I’m giving it 3 stars.

District Lofts has been a wonderful place to call home. The community is clean, modern, and well kept, and the location is very convenient. The leasing team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience here.
