I’ve had a great experience living here. The maintenance team is responsive, the community is clean, and the staff is always helpful. I feel safe and well-supported.

I always recommend this community to my friends.
My only request is to consider upgrading or changing the Starbucks coffee machine, if possible.

We’ve lived here for years and plan on staying as long as we need to. It’s a great location with great people and great staff. It’s hard not to love!

There are better options … The building looks nice, I like my layout, the gym is solid, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly.
The problem is how many issues I’ve had in such a short amount of time living here. I’ve already had to put in several maintenance requests. My keypad barely works because it dies EVERY month. It’s not just mine either, a lot of people use their physical keys. It’s honestly just decoration.
On top of that, my bathroom door kept getting stuck, my... dishwasher broke after one use, the heater makes a loud banging noise when it turns on, and it was obvious the air filters weren’t replaced before I moved in.
I also found mold in the cabinets, and when I cleaned it I had to pull out the refrigerator because there was mold on the sides too.
Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was one of the staff member begging me to leave a five star review before he left, which made the ratings feel forced instead of honest.

It’s a good community and close to all super market's. Well secured place and good amenities. Indian stores are very close to this community and church stadium is very close to it
