It was a really easy, smooth experience overall. The community is great—everything is clean, organized, and feels safe. The shared areas are well kept, which makes a big difference day to day. The leasing office staff are friendly and helpful too, and made things simple from the beginning.

Trash is barely taken out, breezeways can get messy, keypads don’t work. Maintenance team is great and the gym is nice. Not a bad experience, but I look forward to moving.

We love the apartment layout with the open concept. While the cabinets are standard builder issue, the kitchen is well appointed. We are especially impressed by the quick response and excellent maintenance. Tickets are immediately addressed and completed quickly and with good results.

Broadstone Trailside Apartments in Morrisville is an excellent community to live in. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The amenities are modern and thoughtfully designed, and the location is perfect for convenience. The staff is friendly and responsive, making the overall living experience wonderful. Highly recommended!
