Beautiful & Full of Surprises!
My mother & I went to view their apartments & townhomes! Let’s just say they did not disappoint…from stunning apartments/townhomes to amenities full of surprises! Our Favorite part was Gabriel; he was such a delight from start to finish!

One Happy Camper
I just moved into Tessa Matthews and have had such a great experience so far. The leasing and move-in process was super smooth, and everyone on the team was so friendly and helpful every step of the way. My apartment was clean and move-in ready, and the entire property is beautiful and well-kept.
The community feels really welcoming and peaceful, and the amenities are a great bonus. Huge thanks to Alexis and LaMonte for being so responsive and making sure everything went smoothly. I’m really... happy I chose Tessa Matthews—it already feels like home!

Gorgeous property, lovely management team
I came a toured the property recently, considering the three bed with an office, and I loved it! Feel in love almost immediately. Lamonte was my consultant and he did a phenomenal job - answered my questions, well versed on the property and the area, was polite and a joy to engage with. I will be a NC transplant by way of FL and this property is top on my list.
