The management (sales) team often seems more focused on attracting new tenants and creating social media content than addressing the concerns of current residents. Community events frequently feel designed for marketing rather than for the enjoyment of the people who actually live here.

One thing that has been particularly frustrating is the lack of a direct management email. Instead, everything goes through a ticketing system, which makes communication feel... impersonal. For a community of this size, it would be nice to have a way to communicate directly with management instead of receiving automated, no-reply style interactions.
