The apartment is amazing! Very easy move in. Everyone who works here has been very nice. We had some trouble getting everything signed and complete, we did have trouble with people calling us back but it did not take long to resolve the issue once we spoke to the property manager!

So nice and classy apartments complex! The management is super helpful and enjoy what they do ! So do I! Destiny is my favorite and made my move from Georgia to North Carolina so easy !

I just love it here!! It’s quiet and everyone is so friendly. I really enjoy the environment and being surrounded by trees! It’s also centrally located and everything is easy to get to. I was able to go to the pool for the first time this weekend and it was so nice!

The apartments have a beautiful layout, the bedrooms have a good bit of room along with the living rooms. I find the area very peaceful and the neighbors seem to be super nice!

A Wonderful Place to Call Home!
I absolutely love living at The Banks at Mt. Holly! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been so impressed with how friendly, professional, and responsive the staff is truly top-notch! They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of.
The amenities are a huge plus. The pool is always clean and inviting, the gym has everything I need for my workouts, and the clubhouse is perfect for relaxing or hosting small gatherings. Everything is... well-maintained and thoughtfully designed.
The location is another big win; convenient, peaceful, and close to everything I need. It really feels like I’m part of a great community here.
Most importantly, I truly love my apartment. It's spacious, modern, and feels like home. Moving here has been the perfect way to start the next chapter of my life, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
I highly recommend The Banks at Mt. Holly to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to live!
