I just moved into The Banks. So far, the maintenance staff has been incredible, and I have really enjoyed the area. I can't wait to meet people and continue to learn the community!

Moving into The Banks at Mt. Holly has been such an amazing experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to Tyler, the property manager. From my very first inquiry through move-in day, Tyler went above and beyond to make the entire process completely seamless, stress-free, and welcoming. She was incredibly nice, patient with all my questions, and genuinely helpful every step of the way.

As someone who loves nature, the overall "outdoorsy vibe" of this community is exactly what drew me here. It... is beautifully tucked away right by the Catawba River and located just minutes from the Whitewater Center. The community itself has great pocket parks, outdoor fire pits, and a super walkable layout that makes it feel less like a standard apartment complex and more like an outdoor-focused neighborhood.

Comfortable and large apartment. Great service and maintenance. Nice location. Office staff always very friendly and helpful. Rent cost is comparable to other places.

I absolutely love living at the Banks Mt Holly!
My apartment is great, my balcony and view makes me happy! The staff is super. The community is friendly. And my commute to work is very short.
The only thing I would think to change is the YMCA being next door. During the summertime the camp kids outside are quite boisterous. Even with that, I’m very glad I found my apartment.
Our community is a wonderful hidden gem, and I hope it stays that way!
