The apartments are old and need to be revamped for the price.The cabinets where not well kept and the buildings have a odor like smoke but the buildings are suppose to be smoke free.

I am having a great experience as a resident. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Management and staff are friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever there is a concern. I truly feel comfortable and happy living here and would recommend this community to others.

Been living here for 5 years now & I love it here. The location is perfect. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. It’s always clean & beautiful to take a walk around.

The recent change in management has been a great refresh for our property! Many improvements have been implemented or are underway - we are so excited to see how RAM will continue to enrich the Gramercy Square community!
