Been Here 2 years and really enjoy these apartments
Best thing here is the staff. Both the office and maintenance staff are always friendly and often go overboard to accommodate. If you need something fixed, a light bulb changed, whatever it is done within a hour or two usually.
The location is terrific, though being off Sam Furr Rd can be tricky with traffic at times, but it is a quick walk to Birkdale Village, a longer walk or quick ride to Lake Norman, Charlotte is not that far and Huntersville area has all the shopping or food experiences you... could want.
Our apartment is great, roomy enough for our needs and the grounds are kept spotless. Parking can be a hassle at times, but we got a garage and eliminated that problem and have extra storage to boot in there. The garages are a good size and even with a large car we have plenty of room to store.
Not every place is perfect and I would say the only con is our porch is tiny, room for 2 to sit comfortably, but not much else. Other type units have bigger porches though. But having lived in many apartments for a lot of years, this one ranks as the best. The staff, the amenities, the community, and well mainly the staff that goes out of their way to care for people and the property. It makes it great to live here.

Superb Location, Service and Amenities!
This is a great complex. The staff is always friendly and service calls are completed within hours. The apartments are well kept and pretty spacious. The pool and fitness center are on the small side but there's never a sense that they are overcrowded. Location is perfect being near Birkdale, great schools, and just minutes from the lake. Traffic and parking can be a bit crazy, but overall this is a nice place to live!

Love the apartments and amenities!
We recently relocated and ended up at The Reserve at Kenton and we are extremely happy with the apartment. The apartments are new and totally upgraded including a washer and dryer. The bedrooms and closets all have plenty of room. It is apartment living so noise and neighbors are all to be expected but it's nothing that's not tolerable at all. We love the valet trash service that they pick up right outside your apartment door. The management team is great they are friendly and helpful and the... few minor things that I've asked them to fix or look at in the apartment has been done in a timely manner and done correctly. Overall very happy we've extended our lease a year and are happy to stay!

Poor Construction
They recently upgraded the apts but it was cosmetic. Every time our neighbors walk upstairs it sounds like they are going to fall through the ceiling.
