The apartment is spacious but was not ready for occupancy when I moved in. To date (5 months later) several items remain incomplete. I’m charged for a fireplace that cannot be used because it sets off the fire alarms - it doesn’t have an area for the smoke to escape but inside the apt. The floor have glue underneath the planks that has not dried and spill outside when walked in which makes the floor sticky. It’s just issue after issue!

I love living here until it comes to a maintenance issue. They never fix the problem in one visit. They always have to come back because something was done wrong. That is my experience.

Maintenance Staff
The maintenance staff is very professional and courteous. When I put in a request, it gets done quickly. Emil always makes sure that the request gets done. If one of the other guys is busy, Emil will get it completed. Emil is very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does. He is a natural individual who knows his craft.
