Maintenance Staff

The maintenance staff is very professional and courteous. When I put in a request, it gets done quickly. Emil always makes sure that the request gets done. If one of the other guys is busy, Emil will get it completed. Emil is very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does. He is a natural individual who knows his craft.

The Bryce is a nice place to stay. Little to no bugs but mostly are outside the doors. Quiet community who pushes for social events. I would live here again.

I was excited about moving to NC and The Bryce apts based on the apt that was staged and shown. My application process was tedious and expensive and, intrusive. The move in process was horrible including being informed that the original apt was changed but I wasn’t informed until the morning of move in. The price was increased and my furniture was sent to the old apt and never received because of this mishap. The apt is in need of repair for the money but calling the office ?or emailing) you... barely can reach someone. The “locked” gates are always open - so this was a lie. All in all, this was a mistake. I moved my elderly parents down for a change of life and now we’re all unhappy! Do better!
