This building is the best bang-for-your-buck in this area by a longshot. I have known many other people who live in similar buildings around Durham, and this one definitely exceeds the rest. The units are well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the location is unbeatable. However, my favorite things about living here are the green / eco-friendly standards and the people - the management team is comprised of lovely folks who work hard to build a sense of community within the building!
