Moving from another country to live here is overwhelming but the process of applying and moving in was good.
Living at Avana on Broad has been a wonderful experience. The location is safe, convenient, and the staff is always helpful and responsive. I’ve really enjoyed the comfort and sense of home here

Great community!
I’ve truly enjoyed my time at Avana on Broad. The complex is beautiful, quiet, and spacious—exactly what I was looking for. The surroundings are well-maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to relax and feel at home.
The apartments themselves offer plenty of space, with modern finishes and thoughtful layouts that make everyday living comfortable. Whether you're unwinding indoors or enjoying the community amenities, there’s a real sense of calm here.
If you're looking for a place... that feels like a private retreat while still being conveniently located, I highly recommend Avana on Broad.
