My stay at Avana was brief but during the short time (6 mos) there were some issues in the beginning but were taken care of. You need weather stripping around the entrance doors and sealant around window seals due to cold air seeping through. I enjoyed my stay. Very nice place to live. I felt safe. Neighbors were very kind. The staff treated me with royalty. It was a real blessing after being displaced by a home fire. Thank you Primus Temporary Housing and Avana; as well as any insurance... companies involved. I recommend this property.

Avana on broad has been a. wonderful experience, with kind and attentive staff always going the extra mile to improve the experience of residents. they communicate well on changes or events in the community and always help me if and when a problem arises

I have lived here since 2004 off and on. We are a smoke free and safe community. We are near hospitals, public transportation and much shopping. Staff provides excellent customer service, and we have community events often that helps us get to know our neighbors.
