I have lived here at Avana on Broad off and on since 2004. It is a clean, safe and smoke free environment. I am near transportation, hospitals and shopping. All staff is friendly and helpful.

The best part of Avana on Broad is the management team. They really seem to care and often go above and beyond to make things easier. There are lots of communications and community activities. There are great amenities in the community and friendly neighbors. The apartment was clean for our move-in and maintenance has been very responsive to any problems. I highly recommend Avana on Broad.

Living at Avana on Broad has been a peaceful and grounding experience. The community offers a quiet atmosphere that’s perfect for working from home or simply unwinding after a long day. I especially enjoy the natural surroundings—birds often perch on my window sill, adding a touch of serenity to my daily routine.

I recently moved to Avana on Broad. The staff has been very helpful and made the move easy. The apartment is very nice. The few things that needed fixing have either already been addressed or will be fixed by maintenance in the very near future. The landscaping is beautiful and the amenities are a real plus. I've been here less than a week and it already feels like home. The staff is very helpful and they really seem to care. So far, I highly recommend Avana on Broad.
