We really enjoyed the beautiful well kept grounds of the property 5 years ago, along with the quietness of neighbors. The last 3 years have changed, friends have moved, smell of drugs as walk the property. Increase of rent each year with no incentives.

they have a roast infestation with almost anyone living here that i’ve talked too. management does not care, and 3 different management companies in a year should tell you something. A complete layoff of friendly and engaged staff and replacing them with new, much less friendly staff is a concerning move on the part of Greystar and has me a little concerned. Put the wellbeing of staff and residents over profits please.

It is a sore eye for residents and our guest when they visit to see the trash piled up for weeks. In addition, we have seen locals come in and drop off their trash. A fenced in community would reduced a lot of these problems.

Avana 5512 is an excellent apartment complex which makes me feel safe, secure and well looked after by the other residents and apartment staff.
