The apartment and amenities are very nice. The maintenance team is great and fixes everything very quickly. The guest apartment rental has been a difficult process every time I have rented it.

Good experience here overall! The amenities are pretty nice and location is good. I was disappointed that some of the problems with my apartment were never addressed and remained problematic the entire time I lived there. For example, my water always smelled like rotten eggs and this was never addressed for the whole year despite multiple maintenance requests

Love my luxury apartment here a Lincoln At Dilworth. The amenities are top tier!!! The leasing team made me fell right at home! The maintenance team always come in time when ever I need help. The location is perfect for those that have a car or if you walk there are store near by and shopping.

Love the area - clean space and overall good experience. Like a lot of Charlotte - it is expensive, and they prioritize deals for new renters, not for those re-signing.
