Things like my washing machine not working are frustrating, but overall I have had a pretty good experience. The location is nice and the events at the apartment are nice too

Overall, my experience as a resident has been positive. The community is generally well-maintained, and I appreciate the prompt responses from the office team whenever I have a request or question. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently.
That said, there are a few areas where improvement could enhance the experience. For example, clearer communication about lease policies would be helpful, and the cleanliness of common areas could be slightly improved. More frequent... cleaning, especially in shared spaces, would make a noticeable difference.
I’ve enjoyed living here and have felt safe and comfortable throughout my lease term.
