Super smooth move in and such kind service! I am so grateful that the Lakepointe team made it so easy! We moved in and in the craziness missed our 48 hour maintenance request form. The team was very considerate and let us turn it in after the 48 hour deadline!

I just recently moved in about three days ago, and overall it’s been a really smooth transition. The leasing office has been such a pleasure to work with — they’ve been responsive, professional, and welcoming, which I really appreciate. Keiondra was very kind and gentle during my move in process. Even thought initial apartment wasn’t ready, she was swift to put me in another unit, which actually works better for me! The units are a nice size. The only downside is there is no storage such as coat closet or pantry.
