nice residential area with good amenities, excellent location near target, bank and restaurants, easy access to RTP area. The unit I leased was in nice conditions, recently painted, very clean. Contract is very clear and admin team answers any question you amy have about it. Payment for the lease is very easy, I could move in just a matter of days, from contacting them to reading the contract and moving in took about 3 days. The area is nice, not crowded at all and the amenities like the gym and... walking areas are really nice.

What I enjoy most about living at Tradition at Stonewater is the perfect balance of comfort, community, and quality. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with just the right amount of activity to feel connected without being overwhelmed.
The homes are thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, and the amenities truly elevate the day-to-day experience. I also appreciate how responsive and friendly the management team is — it really makes a difference.

I moved to North Carolina from Tennessee a year ago. Prior to this I had always lived in my own home. It had been many years since I lived in an apartment. Living here at Tradition At Stonewater has been a very positive experience. The staff are wonderful, and I do enjoy having the opportunity to have a garage. I also appreciate all the amenities.

Traditions is a well-kept, responsive community. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are well attended and the maintenance staff is one of their best assets.
