My son and I needed just a simple nice quiet place to live that was inexpensive due to me being on disability we live in a four-unit building it's nice spacious clean well kept.... management and maintenance are always willing to listen and give a helping hand periodically checking on residents the grounds are kept clean and maintained there is a wonderful park for the children and just a short little walk to a locked mailbox which gives a secure feeling. This is the perfect place to live if you want a very small apartment to live in. It is located very close to downtown Asheville, NC., as well as the River Arts District. It is also, located close to many schools and business. My little apartment is surrounded by lost of great place to walk,
as well as being close to many parks and rec centers. There is also many shopping malls and retail stores in the area.
