Resort-Style Living Right in the Heart of Apex
Villages at Depot is truly a one-of-a-kind luxury community and easily one of the best places to live in Apex. The location is perfect—right near the charm and walkability of downtown Apex while still offering quick access to I-540, which makes getting around the Triangle incredibly convenient.
The amenities here really set the community apart. The game room, sports simulator, and the indoor pool and spa areas make it easy to relax, stay active, and host friends or neighbors. They’ve created... spaces that genuinely encourage a sense of community. I’m especially excited for the pool courtyard to open this spring—it’s going to make the outdoor experience even better.
The homes themselves are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and well appointed with everything you need for comfortable apartment living. It feels modern, bright, and welcoming.
My favorite feature, though, is the covered attached parking deck for residents. Being able to park on your floor and walk right inside is incredibly convenient. It also provides peace of mind knowing your vehicle is secure and protected from the elements.
If you’re looking for luxury living with top-tier amenities, a fantastic location, and thoughtful design, Villages at Depot is truly an exceptional community.
