And then, I apologize for yelling, but c’mon! Location is a 41/10! Tower Grove Park is basically your front yard. It's right there. Not to mention you're extremely close to the hip part of Morganford, South Grand, and highway access.
Oh, and your dwelling deserves a spotlight, too! There's beautiful trim and molding, gleaming hardwood floors, a gorgeous decorative fireplace, pocket doors, a large kitchen, and a glorious rear deck!
Parking pad out back so that Food Truck Friday's, Festival of Nations, Farmers Mkt, at TGP are a snap- no fighting with rando's over a spot.
