Office staff are super nice and very responsive when I communicate with them. However, any of the maintenance request have been taking a long time to be completed.

Very quite and peaceful. Good neighborhood. Close to alot of shopping and restaurants. Easy access to major streets and highways. Clean area with ample parking.

Location is great!!! Close to everything including grocery stores, highways, gas stations, fast food, hospitals, etc. The only real disappointment is that parties and parking lot issues are not addressed in a timely manner and the same issues continue to occur with large groups of people living in apartments and townhomes.

Did not have a good experience moving due to a lot of stuff was not fixed, places was not cleaned. But the staff are nice and the property itself is pretty clean.
