Been living here for several years now. It's clean and quiet. Apartments are in great shape. Staff is great. Maintenance is always been responsive. It's close to alot of shopping and eats.

I really dont have anything good to say about this place. Ive had toilet trouble for over 6 months now and everytime i put in a request to have it fixed all they do is snake it .. that only works for may be a month if that ..

Very quiet community and very diverse but can use some upgrades on appliances and better parking for tenants..also a playground for the children

I’ve been living at Bennington Heights for 1 and half year and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The community is generally quiet and well-maintained, and I appreciate the effort the management puts into upkeep and cleanliness.
Maintenance requests are handled fairly promptly, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The apartments themselves are spacious with a decent layout, and the amenities... like [mention gym, pool, or other features if available] are a nice bonus.
