I have lived here for the past 4 years. I like it here but there is a bug problem, and everything just keeps getting more expensive for what it is worth.

It doesnt do any good to send in complaints nothing is ever done . Might want to put people that has animals together in the same sections because if you dont have a dog and your neighbors dog barks all the time ,that is Not cool!!

I’ve been living here for the past 6 years. The last two years the maintenance of the property has gone down. It’s trash in the yard. Maintenance or leasing isn’t making people who are responsible clean it up. People are speeding through the apartment complex and need speed bumps. Also the units are dated and needs to be updated.

Decent enough they seem to get the roads cleared faster than our last apartments when it snows so far. The system changes made moving in a process I wouldn’t recommend to an enemy. Starting to get charges for nonsensical reasons but people living here seem nice enough.

I don’t have many complaints at this time, but I do want to mention that the laundry facilities are often a bit messy and could use more consistent upkeep. Additionally, I found it frustrating that I had to complete a survey just to get answers to questions I had been asking for months. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the overall resident experience.
