I love living here! They are extremely dog friendly and there’s lots of grass for my dog to enjoy. There is so much space in the apartments it doesn’t feel like an apartment at all. It’s very quiet and the staff are super friendly. Overall a great place to live and it’s reasonably priced for those getting on to their feet without being sketchy!

I've lived in Lago Vista for 12 years. The complex is quiet, I love my neighbors, the staff is friendly & responsive and maintenance is on top of it! It's been fantastic living here!

The community is wonderful and so inviting. There are just reoccurring problems of things not being fixed around the complex. I will say everyone is very understanding and open to conversation.

there is a significant delay in maintenance response times. I submitted a maintenance request for the washing machine on July 3rd. A week later, upon inquiring about the status, I was informed by a representative that the request had not been processed by the company. The earliest available appointment was July 17th.
The representative apologized for the inconvenience and mentioned she would inquire about a potential credit. To date, I have not received any follow-up regarding this matter. My... subsequent calls and emails have also gone unanswered.
I strongly advise against leasing an apartment in this complex.

We are truly disappointed to learn that your experience in our community has been anything less than excellent.
Please know that our washer and dryer rentals are provided and serviced by a third-party company. Because the equipment is owned and... maintained by that company, our maintenance technicians are not permitted to perform repairs. When an issue is reported, we contact the vendor immediately; however, we unfortunately have no control over their scheduling or response time.
To help offset the inconvenience, we have credited your account for the days your washing machine was unavailable.
