Everything has been so easy, calm and enjoyable. I can’t wait to see everything out ew community offers. I can’t wait to have my friends over to show them how beautiful our new home is

Lago Vista hides problems with the units, there's literally whole in my floor, the vent smells like cigarettes when the AC unit is on, we have carpenter bees on our patio we canned the office they told us "Oh yea they love that corner" not to mention we did have a screen door for our patio, only got one cause the bees were coming inside. Other problem is that they took the car canopies/assign parking after they advertised it as part of the least now, they took them no adjustment to rent or... anything. This is literally the worst place I have ever rented. Mills Properties have to do better with Lago Vista they are literally letting it run to ruins.

Lago Vista has become seriously unsafe. The parking canopies were wired for electricity to lighting, but now they have made the blundering decision to remove ALL canopies, the outside has become too dark to just walk to your car!
There was a written notice that said parking would be unassigned starting 2/3/25 and residents would receive a notice 1 week before the canopies would be removed and no adjustment to the rent; claiming something absurd as it was constructed later. Guess what? No... notice before the canopies were removed.
It is no longer safe or comfortable here.

Don't rent here at Lago vista everything will break down on you. When Maintenace comes out they barely fix anything and if they do it will most definitely break again. They are overpriced they raise your went up every time you renew your lease if you know what's best for you stay away from Lago vista.

Air conditioners are old, so your utility bills are high. Trash dumpsters are overflowing on a regular basis with trash all around. The pond is green. There are better places for the same amount of money in Saint Charles. Keep looking.
