The requirements to even just get past the application are way crazier than any place I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t waste your time to be honest. If that’s what you have to do just to apply to live here I can’t even imagine what living here would be like.

Office staff are good and maintenance staff are excellent and responsive, however despite being an exceptional tenant for six years with no late payments, no disturbances, living area in top condition and left the premises as clean as we found it, Covington ownership (likely) seems keen on nitpicking over minor issues to hold back on large portions of security deposit. We enjoyed our location and time, but would never rent here again.

When I first toured this complex I thought it was wonderful. It was clean, it had a great pool. It has a dog park and I was happy to move in here. But once you do, the leasing manager becomes your worst enemy. She is one of the most disrespectful people. I have had the unfortunateness to have to deal with, if I could move out tomorrow. I would!!!

I like it and the place so nice and good place ..

They are so helpful all the time. If there’s a maintenance request, it’s typically taken care of within 48 hours and they are extremely considerate. 11/10 would recommend.
