The building is old the walls and floors are paper thin. Management doesn’t care about tenants and rents to anyone even people with criminal backgrounds. Packages are stolen on a regular basis and management refuses to install cameras or accept packages. Water heater was broken last month and residents had to go 3 days without hot water. Our bathroom sink vibrates every time we turn on the cold water. We have tried to get it fixed but management will not fix it. Last month Brad the manager... changed the locks to get inside the building and he didn’t send an email letting us know until the next day. The basement smells like mold and we have a pest problem. We often get a lot of bugs and mice in the building you can hear the mice in the walls and ceilings. Rent is too high for the dangerous neighborhoods. Cops are often called to this building. One day I was walking home and saw a homeless woman checking car doors on the street in broad daylight to see if any of them were unlocked. You get several tenants that are very loud and obnoxious so if you like your peace and quiet stay away from this area and this company.

Not great not terrible
The apartments themselves are pretty good. Very spacious! Big master bedroom with walk in closet! But the matinance here sucks you'll be waiting weeks to months for repairs. Not to mention it should be a secured building but it's not tenants broke the lock to get in and out easier.
