If you’re looking for a simple starter apartment or a close commute to downtown, The Lago is a great option. The management has been amazing, and the property manager, Samantha, is incredibly thorough and patient. She will ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for you. She takes her time to address your requests and ensures that everything is in order. The professionalism here is truly exceptional. The units are clean and spacious, including studios, and the appliances are top-notch. There... are also spacious community lounges that can be booked for private events. Best Apartments in Uptown
I’ve been living here for 3 years and I haven’t had a single complaint, and when I have had problems with my unit, the building tends to fix it within a day. The cleaning lady is very nice, the maintenance team very responsive and so is Samantha, the manager. Always very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is very active and there’s lots to do and it’s pretty walkable. The lago is awesome

Do not rent here
The apartment units are fairly nice, I like the appliances and the in unit washer and dryer, however the management here is horrible and lazy. If you the walls are like paper , you can hear everything, the people above are constantly stomping at all hours of the night , the property Manager Samantha does NOT do anything about after you’ve spoken with her multiple times in regards to noise issues. She sends mass emails out to everyone because half of the Apartment complex complains of noise... issues and she does not follow up if you report the noise after you complained. Her only response is I’ll send a lease violation but does nothing else to make sure the issue is resolved. Multiple tenants are moving out and I don’t plan to renew ,y lease, please take your money elsewhere

Great work out room
I love it here, I cancelled my gym membership because they have everything in the fitness center.
