Walking into the unit you will find a large kitchen that overlooks the dining and living room area. The kitchen has a dishwasher and countertop seating.

Going through the living room you will find the second bedroom which makes a great office, it has a walkout to the back patio area (as does the living room).

Down the hall you will find a closet for storage and laundry, full bath, and primary bedroom. The primary is large and has room for a king bed, has a walk in closet, and its own bath.

As a tenant you are responsible for gas and electric only. Water/sewer/Trash, cable and internet included.

The building has a gym, shared grills, and a community room you can rent. Overall the building has been very well maintained.

Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit (must meet association rules and regulations). (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo)
