Management couldn’t care less. No responses to voicemails, and they rarely answer the phone. The actual apartment looks nothing like the model, it’s the “landlord special” with nail holes, paint everywhere, painted over nails, and the apartment was not cleaned. We vacuumed cat litter out of the carpets and cleaned urine spots in the closets. Multiple cars have been broken into in the parking lots. Cheap rent but they get you with $100+ in utility bill PLUS electric on top of that. Not worth your... money or time.

Great place!
My girlfriend and I moved here back in August 2017 and are very pleased with it so far. The build quality of the remodel isn't exactly the greatest but it gets the job done (noticeable gaps between window edge trim and wall). The managers, Stacy and Savannah in the office are fantastic and super friendly. We have had very few maintenance issues, and the ones we did have were nothing completely unexpected or severe but were taken care of very quickly. Aside from one person next-door who no... longer lives there, all of our neighbors are friendly and quiet so there are no issues. No unexpected house guests either (rodents or insect problems). My only complaints would be to have the pool heated and have an updated keyless entry/intercom system (it is controlled entry, just think it needs to be updated). I think my girlfriend and I will be here for a while as it is priced well and ideally located for both of our jobs. Definitely recommend living here.

Very Happy
I recently moved into Lake Pointe and I am very happy with the choice I made. My apartment has nice Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Lots of closet space, & great vaulted ceilings(I am on 3rd floor). The hallways have always been nice and clean and the caretaker for my building is very friendly, as is all the staff I have encountered. This is a great property!
