Our Garbage policy is simple. Each month $10 per occupants is added to your rent to pay for garbage. This means one less utility account to setup and one less step to get into your new place.

The total cost of rent is base rent $985.00 plus $10/per person for garbage, RUBS (flat rate for water, sewer, gas) $124.29, and a tech fee $6.95 per account. We require that you carry liability insurance ($18 through us or you can provide your own liability or renters insurance).
