Great tour & property

Best location to call home

I love the location as it is so close to the state fair grounds, campus and shopping.

The management here is also top notch.

The building is always well kept and the residents are great.

Such a Sleek Property!

I toured Brewster Place and I am very happy to apply! The price seems very reasonable compared to other properties, even better the buildings look very Maintained! The buildings black accents make it look very sleek. My favorite part is the resident garden in the back it was very cute. Pet friendly and Free Parking were a plus, and the option for a cheap garage stall
