Management makes up fees to squeeze every penny out of you. Constant loud noises come through the vents. Website doesn’t work 50% of the time but don’t worry they give you 2 days to pay rent and when the website is down you can just call off work to go to the bank for a cashiers check to pay your rent because the intern can’t code a website.

We have lived at the Camerata for almost a year now and we absolutely love it! It is the first apartment I've ever lived in where I felt like I had more than enough storage space. We live in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, and we have more than enough space for the two of us! The apartment is beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic. The workout facility here has everything you could want, and the pool is beautiful. A few things have broken down since we moved here, but every time we... put in a maintenance request, things get fixed or replaced very quickly. Great facilities and location. Management is difficult to work with and does not respond to requests in a timely fashion. They have closed the pool area on multiple occasions for single individuals bringing glassware into the area and place blame on their residents for anything that isn't up to par. Overall, great apartment building but there needs to be a new staff.
